Founded by Kenz Lawren, Postworld is a mother agency built to discover, develop, and elevate the next generation of talent beyond outdated industry standards. Rooted in authenticity and individuality, Postworld focuses on scouting faces with presence, perspective, and the kind of originality that can’t be manufactured.

Postworld: The Agency built on learning the rules; so it could break them.

With a background spanning modeling, production and social media, Kenz brings a modern, hands-on approach to talent development — mentoring models not only for the industry as it exists today, but for the future too. Postworld exists to build careers with intention, champion diversity in all forms, and create space for talent who move culture forward rather than blend into it.

Meet the Founder

Our vision

Our vision is to redefine what a modern mother agency can be by building a global roster of talent who shape the future of fashion and beauty both digitally and IRL. Postworld aims to become a platform known for identifying the next generation of iconic faces before the industry does — creating opportunities for talent who bring depth, originality, and perspective to the world stage.

Our mission

Our mission is to guide models through every stage of their careers with hands-on development, creative direction, and industry education, while challenging outdated standards within fashion and media. We are committed to building long-term careers rooted in authenticity, professionalism, and influence — empowering talent to become more than models, but recognizable voices and forces within culture.

Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Kenz Lawren began her modeling career in Los Angeles, working across campaigns and commercials for brands including Dolce & Gabbana, Estée Lauder, L’Oréal, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Therabody, and productions such as American Horror Story.

In 2020, as the pandemic brought much of Hollywood to a standstill, Kenz turned to social media and began documenting the realities of being a working model—sharing behind-the-scenes moments, imperfections, and the side of the industry rarely shown online. Her first viral video, showing herself removing her makeup and openly talking about models struggling with acne too, reached over 20 million views and set the tone for the authentic, unfiltered approach that would define her platform moving forward.

That honesty resonated globally, leading to a massive following across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Since then, Kenz has built a reputation not only as a model and creator, but as a voice challenging unrealistic beauty standards and the traditional image of the fashion industry.

She is now the creator and producer of New Face, a short-form series documenting the process of transforming aspiring talent into signed professional models in just 30 days. The series has developed a highly dedicated audience and has been featured in People Magazine for its fresh, human approach to model development.

That vision now evolves into Postworld — an agency built on the same ethos. Rooted in authenticity, individuality, and cultural shift, Postworld exists to challenge outdated industry standards and redefine what beauty means today. A mission Kenz has been passionate about for years, with a plan to change the industry from the inside out.
